7 – Assemblage du châssis
Mécanical kit without options
Be carefull with endplate
For check all is OK, you can measure lengh between interior and exterior of plates
For CNC 500 et 750, spaces is 404mm and 508mm
For CNC 750 et 1000, spaces is 654mm and 758mm
You can see for endplate have more part of plate in interior of frame than exterior (in green color of drawing )
Be carefull !!
One of plate have two small hole in the right, need fix this plate in right front
The two hole is for fix more latter the spindle power supply box
Assembly of 20x20mm profils front and rear
Last step, assembly of 20x40mm profil

In first step, need assembly L profil with reinforced profil 20x40mm like video below

The tools you need for mounting frame are 3 and 5mm BTR Key
7 – Assemblage du châssis
Opérations
Opération 1 : – Fixez aux extrémités des profilés makerslide 20×40 repérés ( 1 ) les parties avant et arrière du châssis ( 3 ) et ( 4 ) grâce aux 8 vis Chc M4x16 ( 6 ) et aux 8 rondelles M4 ( 7 )
Opération 2 : Les profilés standards 20×40 ( 2 ) devront être fixés en bas du châssis grâce aux vis Chc M6x16 ( 5 )
Résultat final
Outillage
Une clef Allen de 3 est nécessaires pour visser les 8 vis Chc M4x16 en haut du châssis.
Une autre clef Allen de 5 est nécessaire pour visser les 8 vis Chc M6x16 en bas du châssis.
